This case study reviews the ‘Financial Engineering Support for Social Economy Development’, a project co-financed by the European Social Fund (ESF) that provides loans and ‘soft’ support such as free advice, to socially-oriented enterprises (referred to as ‘social economy enterprises’ or SEEs) across Poland.
